Shipping is determined by the product category associated with the product.
For example, a cushion is larger in size and weighs more than a portrait, therefore, cushions fall into a dedicated shipping pricing category.
Products shipping categories are:
Portraits - A4 sized - 3 shipping options available
Portraits - A3 sized - 3 shipping option available
Cushions - 1 x Cushion - 1 shipping option available
Cushions - 2 x Cushions - 1 shipping option available
Phone cases - 3 shipping options available
Products that fall under a small category such as Coasters, Badges etc - 3 shipping options available
All products automatically display their individual shipping category when added to the cart.

Returns
Sketch Your Pet does not offer returns. Further information can be found in the Terms & Conditions.
When ordering from our website you agree to these terms.
If however, your order is damaged during shipping, please send an email to info@sketchyourpet.co.uk with photos of any damages, and a description of the issue.
I will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as I can.
